Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to align requirements to business outcomes and lead program delivery across DoD/IC programs. You will own the program lifecycle, coordinate with engineering, cyber assurance, support, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative defense solutions.

This role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and executive reporting to ensure timely, compliant program delivery.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication translating technical details into business milestones and outcomes.
Ability to inspire and guide teams, build consensus, and influence without direct authority.
Proven experience delivering complex solutions in highly regulated DoD/IC environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues.
10 years experience in government programs, specifically in secure spaces.
7 years experience in Project or Program Management or leadership roles.
Willingness to travel.
Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance.
PMP, ITIL, Industry Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders as the owner of a Program.
Oversee the lifecycle of technical initiatives from requirements to deployment and ATO with detailed plans and resource strategies.
Communicate with engineering teams using PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) and provide status updates to all stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, driving resolutions before they arise.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align goals and progress.
Understand architecture and influence engineering and support decisions.
Define, implement, and refine program management processes to improve efficiency and execution quality.
