Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead development programs across the contract lifecycle, from early R&D to close. You will partner with the Chief Engineer to own cost, schedule, and technical delivery for Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies.

You will build strong relationships with DoD customers, manage cross-functional teams, and drive rapid, high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving on-time, on-budget completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
• Develop strong relationships with DoD customers and enable rapid iteration and fielding of solutions.
• Autonomously execute on broad requirements to deliver outcomes on multiple programs.
• Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resources with informed tradeoffs.
• Develop and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for program planning and risk management.
• Be highly responsible for all pieces of work and act as a trusted partner to engineers.
• Foster a high-performance culture and identify personnel development or recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and business development to develop pricing strategies for proposals.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine the strategic roadmap for Air Dominance & Strike R&D investments.
