Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You will be the single point of ownership, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to align baselines and meet commitments.

You will blend architectural fluency with execution discipline, drive milestone burndown, and represent programs directly to the customer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management on government or defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Experience with government reference architectures.
• Contract deliverable ownership: planning, driving, and delivering CDRLs with schedules and compliance.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in dynamic environments.
• Primary interface to a government program office, leading reviews and status meetings.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources to meet objectives, tracking burn and producing forecasts.
• Highly organized, able to manage concurrent programs and shifting priorities.

• Architecture Fluency to discuss open systems designs with stakeholders.
• CDRL & Contract Deliverable Management and review cycles.
• Customer Relationship Ownership with government customers.

• Risk, Issue & Change Management to maintain baselines.
