Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a mission-driven Program Manager to provide strategic support and operational oversight for key defense clients of the Launched Effects portfolio. You will translate client requirements into impactful solutions, coordinating across engineering, product, and field teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing performance.

In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, drive adoption and expansion within accounts, and lead technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• 5+ years of program/project management, sales, or business development in defense/aerospace/government contracting.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms, or Launched Effects is desirable.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for defense accounts focusing on Launched Effects, forging strong relationships with military leadership and end-users.
• Coordinate day-to-day client communications, operational requests, and urgent support for Launched Effects.
• Drive adoption and growth within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, training, and field support visits with internal teams.
• Forecast account metrics, prepare leadership reports, and manage contract negotiations.
