The Air Defense line rapidly scales new initiatives, delivering critical capabilities to end-users and government customers worldwide. You will join the Special Projects within Air Defense’s Mission Operations, serving as an innovative problem-solver who leads two cross-functional programs within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years as a cross-functional leader in hardware and/or software.
• Experience delivering technology to large commercial institutions or government organizations.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret / Top Secret security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with capture, growth, and engineering leads to shepherd emerging proposals into successful programs for the business line’s most strategic priorities.
• Forecast resources and liaise with subject matter experts on engineering capacity to ensure programs meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Support international development opportunities and strategic engagements; communicate engineering and production roadmaps for international growth.
• Flex Capacity: lead cross-functional efforts and demonstrate versatility as an elite generalist.
