Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery of development programs, owning planning, risk, cost, and schedule. You will work with the GM, Chief Engineer, and cross-functional teams to integrate products and technologies for DoW missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex technical development projects.
• Proven record of delivering multi-million-dollar programs on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of TRS technologies to meet DoW operational needs.
• Drive technical execution from concept to delivery and ensure contractual standards.
• Bridge Program Managers and engineering teams to align objectives.
• Build strong relationships with government customers and stakeholders.
• Execute broad requirements across internal and external partners to deliver outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end technical scope and associated deliverables.
• Implement lightweight planning processes, tools, and metrics for teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to engineers and project teams.
