Qualifications

• 7 years experience in government programs, specifically in secure spaces.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical details to business terms.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Willingness to travel and operate in defense program environments.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance; PMP/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainment excellence through action and detailed reporting.
• Coordinate reviews, change control, team meetings, and documentation submissions.
• Maintain project records, requirement traceability, and action items.
• Escalate risks or blockers and resolve basic issues.
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation quality.
• Own cross-team projects from inception to completion with prioritization.
• Communicate organizational goals and updates effectively with leadership.
