SCAN is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Access to Care to oversee multiple programs and drive enterprise-level initiatives within a health plan framework. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor budgets, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with enterprise strategy.

The role requires 5–7 years in health plan or managed care settings, 5 years of leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years of related healthcare or managed care experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience with ability to mentor others.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
