Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to own and deliver in-person training cohorts across the enterprise as part of the Enterprise Critical Skills Development program. You will translate complex Program Management concepts into actionable learning outcomes and engage experienced program managers.

The role requires strong communication, dynamic presenting, and the ability to manage a substantial travel schedule (up to 50%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Program Management applying risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and program baselining.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current Program Managers.
• Develop and adapt course materials and training content that resonate with both new and experienced program managers.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation data, refining content as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for training sessions and provide guidance to supporting delivery staff.
