Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to lead in-person training cohorts across the enterprise. You will translate complex program management concepts into actionable learning outcomes for current program managers and future leaders.

The role requires a strong communicator with a track record in delivering engaging training, managing travel (up to 50%), and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure high-quality cohorts that align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience or Master’s with at least 8 years.
• Experience in Program Management concepts: risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and baselining.
• Experience delivering and supporting in-person training programs with strong engagement and practical application.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current Program Managers, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Develop and adapt course materials and training content for diverse audiences.
• Use real-world examples to drive participant engagement and open discussions.
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and data; refine content to enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site sessions; support delivery staff to ensure quality.
