Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Program Management applying key concepts such as risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and program baselining.
• Proven track record delivering in-person training programs with strong engagement and practical application.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current Program Managers, ensuring learning objectives are met.
• Develop and adapt course materials and training content for diverse audiences.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback and evaluation data for continuous improvement.
• Analyze cohort outcomes and report key metrics to stakeholders to demonstrate impact.
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals and manage travel logistics.
