Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to own and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise.

The role requires leadership in developing content and delivering high-caliber training that translates complex concepts into actionable learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, present confidently, and manage a substantial travel schedule while leading a small delivery team within Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s with 8+ years in program management.
• Experience applying risk management, change management, EVMS, and baselining.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions across the enterprise.
• Develop and adapt course materials and training content that resonate with both new and experienced program managers.
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation data, refining content to meet needs.
• Analyze and report on cohort outcomes and key metrics, synthesizing insights to inform improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site training sessions.
