Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to lead and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise. The role translates complex PM concepts into actionable learning outcomes and requires an effective communicator and dynamic presenter.

The position involves managing a substantial travel schedule and, as appropriate, leading a small delivery team while coordinating with subject matter experts to align with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s with 8+ years.
• Experience in program management concepts: risk management, change management, EVMS, baselining, financial acumen.
• Proven in-person training delivery with strong engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and lead delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions meeting learning objectives.
• Develop and adapt training content for new and experienced PMs.
• Use real-world examples to drive engagement and discussion.
• Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site sessions.
• Provide guidance to delivery staff and ensure high-quality cohort delivery.
