Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to lead and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise.

This role develops and refines content, ensuring learning outcomes translate into practical, measurable improvements in program delivery. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and presenter with a proven track record in facilitating training, able to manage a substantial travel schedule and potentially lead a small delivery team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Program Management applying risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and baselining.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 50%
• Experience leading a team and coaching delivery staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current Program Managers with clear learning objectives.
• Develop and adapt course materials for diverse audiences across the enterprise.
• Utilize real-world examples to drive engagement and discussion.
• Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and data.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site training sessions.
