Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) seeks a Manager Program Management 3 to own in-person training cohorts across the enterprise. You will translate PM concepts into actionable learning outcomes, delivering engaging sessions and guiding a delivery team.

The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience, excellent presentation skills, and can travel up to 50% while aligning content with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience OR Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Program Management concepts such as risk management, EVMS, baselining.
• Experience delivering in-person training with engagement and practical application.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects.
• Experience leading a team and delivering against commitments.
• Candidates with L&D or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person PM training sessions to current program managers with clear objectives.
• Develop and adapt training content for new and experienced managers.
• Use real-world examples to drive engagement and discussions.
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and data, refine content.
• Analyze cohort outcomes and report metrics to show impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for on-site sessions.
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
