Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager Program Management 3 to lead and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise. You will develop content, orchestrate delivery, and work with experts to ensure actionable learning outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, history of delivering engaging sessions, and the ability to manage a substantial travel schedule while guiding a delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 8+ years.
• Experience applying risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and baselining.
• Proven ability to design and deliver in-person training programs with strong engagement.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for clear, relatable messaging.
• Ability to manage up to 50% travel and work in dynamic environments.
• Experience leading a delivery team and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current PMs with clear objectives.
• Develop and adapt course materials for diverse audiences.
• Use real-world examples and best practices to drive engagement and discussions.
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and data, refining content continuously.
• Analyze cohort outcomes and report metrics to demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align initiatives with goals.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for on-site events.
• Guide and support delivery staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
