Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 8+ years.
• Experience in risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and baselining.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person program management training sessions to current Program Managers with clear objectives.
• Develop and adapt course materials and training content for all levels of program managers.
• Utilize real-world examples and best practices to drive engagement and discussions.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation data; refine content accordingly.
• Analyze cohort outcomes and key metrics; report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for training sessions; ensure on-site execution.
• Provide guidance to delivery staff to ensure high-quality cohort delivery.
