Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program management applying key concepts such as risk management, change management, EVMS, financial acumen, and baselining.
• Proven ability to design and deliver in-person training programs with strong engagement and practical application.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for clear, relatable delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 50% in dynamic environments.
• Experience leading a team, setting direction, coaching, and driving delivery against commitments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person PM training sessions to current program managers with clear objectives and impact.
• Develop and adapt course materials to suit both new and experienced managers.
• Use real-world examples to drive engagement and facilitate discussions.
• Assess training effectiveness via feedback and data; refine content accordingly.
• Analyze cohort outcomes and report metrics to demonstrate impact and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage travel and logistics for training sessions and on-site events.
• Provide guidance to delivery staff to ensure high-quality cohort delivery.
