Qualifications

• 9+ years of finance experience or a related Bachelor's with 5 years of experience
• Experience with EVMS and earned value concepts
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• U.S. citizenship and onsite Elkton, MD clearance ability preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control systems and monitor costs on contracts
• Prepare budgets and perform analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance)
• Provide monthly/quarterly reports to management
• Integrate project cost with scheduled activity and forecast performance
• Identify profit impacts and mitigation actions
• Support planning, forecasting, and strategic program financial plans
• Maintain auditable records and respond to management requests
