Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Principal Program Cost Scheduling Control Analyst– Finance for Elkton, MD. The role focuses on budgets, schedules, and EVMS-informed financial analyses to support government and commercial programs.

You will work with program management and internal/external stakeholders to deliver accurate funding projections and performance insights, enabling informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of finance experience preferred; or Bachelor's with more experience.
• Knowledge of EVMS and validated cost/schedule control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and financial analyses.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analysis to management.
• Coordinate with program teams to integrate cost with schedule.
• Develop and forecast program financial performance and strategic plans.
• Identify profit-impact and propose mitigation actions.
