Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience; or 0 year with Master's degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and present reports to teams across locations
• Must be able to work onsite in Elkton, MD
• Knowledge of EVMS/DoD requirements and scheduling tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop from inception, maintain and deliver a monthly integrated master plan and IMS through completion to meet project IMS objectives
• Integrate WBS, SOW, Teams, Deliverables, and resources into the Master Schedule
• Support Material Program Manager and Supply Chain in the management of program supplier base through the IMS and provide daily monitoring and status to the PM for critical path tasks daily
• Input EVMS requirements and reports to financial control as required
• Support the preparation of monthly operational review packages
• Assist with reporting of Division performance for executive management
• Investigate deviations from plan and unusual results
• Participate in, lead, and support schedule reviews and metric reporting as requested by management
