Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a cost and schedule control professional to join our team in a role that emphasizes EVMS, budgeting, and government reporting. You will interface with program managers, sustain performance metrics, and drive cost performance analyses.

The position requires a Secret clearance and on-site work in our California facilities. Expect a collaborative, detail-oriented environment with opportunities to impact major defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; or Master's with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.
• Experience with business systems (such as SAP, Cobra).

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers to provide financial and administrative support.
• Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for budgeted cost of work scheduled.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analysis.
