Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Elkton, MD is seeking a Sr Principal Program Cost Scheduling Control Analyst to support strategic and space related programs. You will work closely with program management, operations leaders, and customers.

The role emphasizes integrating WBS/SOW into the IMS, EVMS reporting, and cost scheduling, with opportunities to influence program performance and profitability while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years scheduling experience in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's with 6+ years.
• Proficient in EVMS, IMS, and cost/schedule integration.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain U.S. Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver a monthly integrated master plan (IMP/IMS) to meet project objectives.
• Integrate WBS, SOW, teams, deliverables, and resources into the Master Schedule.
• Support program management and supply chain in IMS and monitor critical path activities.
• Input EVMS requirements and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Assist in planning and forecasting schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare future strategic plans and present variance analyses to management.
• Provide insights to improve process efficiency and profitability.
