Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst for Elkton, MD. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the integrated master plan, IMS, and ensuring alignment of WBS, SOW, and resources with the master schedule.

You will support EVMS reporting and monthly reviews to help manage complex programs. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or 0 years with a Master’s) and strong MS Office/scheduling tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience; 0 year with Master’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• High degree of organizational skills utilizing MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Must be able to work onsite in Elkton, MD
• Ability to communicate with strong verbal and written skills, and to present clear and concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop from inception, maintain and deliver a monthly integrated master plan and schedule (IMP/IMS) through completion to meet project IMS objectives
• Integrate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), statement of Work (SOW), Teams, Deliverables, and resources into the Master Schedule in an efficient and timely manner
• Support Material Program Manager and Supply Chain in the management of program supplier base through the IMS and provide daily monitoring and status to the PM for critical path tasks daily
• Input EVMS requirements and reports to financial control as required
• Support the preparation of monthly operational review packages
• Assist with reporting of Division performance for executive management
• Investigate deviations from plan and unusual results
• Participate in, lead, and supportschedule reviews and metric reporting as requested by management
