Job summary

Responsibilities include integrating WBS/SOW, tracking EVMS, and generating monthly reports to guide decisions and improve profit margins. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years scheduling experience or 8 years with a related Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree with 6+ years is acceptable.
• Proficient with MS Office and database tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Elkton, MD and collaborate in a team.
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver a monthly integrated master plan and schedule (IMP/IMS).
• Integrate WBS, SOW, teams, deliverables and resources into the Master Schedule.
• Monitor critical path and provide status to Program Manager daily.
• Input EVMS requirements and reports to financial control.
• Prepare monthly operational review packages and reporting.
• Coordinate project cost with schedule and forecast plans.
• Analyze variances and drive process improvements.
• Support business decisions to protect profit margins.
