Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR Master's with 3 years.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (BI within last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access before starting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, CAMs, and functional management to provide financial support and analysis.
• Establish budgets, WBS, and performance baselines; support IPMR and variance analysis.
• Develop and analyze ETC/EAC; monitor cost/schedule integration and reporting.
• Support monthly rhythm processes and baseline changes in EVMS tools.
