Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Layton, Utah, seeks a Principal or Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3/4) to join an on-site team. Responsibilities include EVMS, budgeting, and cost performance reporting for multiple contracts within an IPT framework.

The role requires active Secret clearance or higher, proficiency in MS Office, SAP or Cobra, and a strong background in Earned Value Management. On-site daily work in Layton, UT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or related field OR Master's with 3 years of experience in those fields.
• Must have an active Government Secret clearance or higher (within last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have experience using Business Systems such as SAP, and/or Cobra, etc.
• Must have experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities

• Use financial systems and EVMS principles; perform cost performance reporting/analysis.
• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Analyze variances/trends and communicate issues to management.
