Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking two Program Cost and Schedule Control Analysts (Level 2) or Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analysts (Level 3) in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA. The role focuses on Earned Value Management, cost forecasting, and budget/ schedule integration within the Cost Management organization.

Candidates must be eligible for DoD Secret Clearance and thrive in a hybrid on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor27s degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related fields OR Master27s degree
• Ability to work on site in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor27s degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or industry related fields OR Master27s degree with 3 years of experience in the same
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis
• Gain experience with Earned Value Management concepts and apply them to contracts within an IPT
• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure, budget baseline, variances analysis, and reporting requirements
