Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP. The role requires on-site work and a Secret clearance with potential for a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities include preparing month-end reports, EACs, and variance analyses, and working with CAMs and IPTs to align WBS and time-phasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or related field (or Master's with 3 years).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience using SAP and/or Cobra; Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist IPTs and CAMs with EVMS implementation and compliance with DoD EVMS guidelines.
• Prepare month-end reports and develop/review EACs; update EVMS for cost/schedule baselines.
• Perform WBS alignment, time-phasing, earned value methodologies, and variance analysis.
• Support monthly cost/schedule reviews, identify pressures, and develop recovery plans.
• Provide support to programs, customers, and suppliers and assist audits.
