Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Principal/Senior Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst in Layton, UT, on-site. The role focuses on EVMS, cost performance reporting, and budget baselines within the IPT framework.

The candidate will lead a small team, work with CAMs and program leadership, and ensure contractual reporting requirements are met with Deltek Cobra and SAP/S4 proficiency. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 3–8 years of experience in finance or program control.
• Active government secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proficiency in EVMS and cost performance reporting with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS tasks including WBS, EAC, ETC, and variance analysis.
• Support budgets, baselines, and cost/schedule integration across contracts.
• Prepare and review government cost performance reports and IPMDAR deliverables.
• Mentor a small team and interact with program managers and CAMs.
