Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) for Palmdale, CA, San Diego, CA, or El Segundo, CA. This on-site role focuses on EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP, developing EACs, and maintaining cost and schedule baselines.

The ideal candidate has EVMS/ERP experience, a government Secret clearance, and strong Microsoft Office skills; a Bachelor's with 5 years or Master's with 3 years required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or related field.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with recent background investigation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access.
• Working knowledge of EVMS and/or ERP subcontract experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs and ensure alignment with purchase orders for Major Subs and IWOs.
• Assist CAMs for EVMS activities: WBS alignment, time phasing, earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement, and variance analysis.
