Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business management, accounting, financial analysis, or related field; or Master's with 3 years.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with BI within 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Experience with EVMS and ERP subcontracting; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs and align with purchase orders for Major Subcontracts and IWOs.
• Support EVMS activities for CAMs and IPTs, including WBS alignment and time phasing.
• Prepare budgets, conduct cost/schedule reviews, and perform variance analyses.
• Assist in audits, reviews, and recovery plans; provide EVMS guidance and monthly reporting.
