Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Cost Management organization across Palmdale, CA; Layton, UT; or Melbourne, FL. This on-site role focuses on EVMS, budget baselines, and performance measurement to meet contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has a government Secret clearance, advanced experience with EVMS and forecasting, and strong analytical skills to develop cost/schedule integration and deliver reliable performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's with 3 years.
Active Government Secret clearance or higher with timely update.
Ability to obtain Program Access prior to start.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial support and analysis.
Apply EVMS concepts to multiple contracts and control accounts within IPTs.
Establish budgets, baselines, ETC/EAC, and prepare performance reports.
Support monthly rhythm, variance analysis, and government cost reporting.
