Job summary

RTX is seeking a motivated Sr Analyst, Program Cost Controls (P2) to support MRIC programs with financial analysis, forecasting, and Earned Value Management. You will partner with Program Management, Scheduling, Contracts, and CAMs to ensure accurate reporting and performance analyses.

The role is hybrid (onsite and remote) with a preference for candidates near Tucson, AZ, McKinney, TX, or other listed locations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing written and/or verbal financial communications.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and reports of monthly Earned Value reporting, development of EAC's
• Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.
• Partnering with various functional disciplines (Program management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).
• Support IOT Joint Venture financial and EVM data, ensuring accurate, timely and consistent EAC, forecast, budget, earned value and performance reporting.
• Promote consistency, process discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Program Control organization.
