Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance/Program Controls professional in Tucson, AZ to perform EAC reviews, EVMS trend analysis, IPT/ESPB manpower planning, and support for proposals. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote work within a defined hybrid model.

Responsibilities include quarterly EAC reviews, spend-trend analysis, IPT/ESPB oversight, and weekly reporting. Candidates typically have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience and citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, or similar systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
U.S. citizenship required to access the financial management system.

Responsibilities

Conduct quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews for programs and product line summaries.
Perform trend analysis for spend rates and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics at the product line level.
Manage manpower planning for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Engineering Support to Production Baseline (ESPB).
Support proposal activities and pricing exercises.
Manage financial responsibilities for IPT and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) efforts across the portfolio.
Prepare weekly reporting and invoicing.
Perform various ad hoc financial analyses and exercises as needed.
