Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (P2) to support EVMS, forecasting, and EVM reporting for large Emerging and Proprietary programs in McKinney, TX. Hybrid work arrangement with security clearance eligibility is required.

The role focuses on cost control, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with CAMs, IPT leads, and program management. A university degree or equivalent is required, with 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP and PM tools is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the EVMS for programs.
• Develop EACs and support forecasting.
• Analyze EVM metrics and program performance data.
• Track weekly and monthly costs incurred.
• Prepare financial analyses for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with CAMs/IPT leads and other functions.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for reviews.
• Communicate financial information to stakeholders.
