Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr Analyst, Program Cost Controls (P2) to support MRIC programs. You will partner with Program Management, Scheduling, Contracts, and CAMs to deliver accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and Earned Value Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, proficiency with SAP Apex, Prism, EV, PMX and Rplan, and strong communication skills. It offers hybrid work with some onsite requirements and relocation not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
U.S. citizenship required to access the financial management system due to government contract.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Maintain program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
Provide weekly and monthly cost and performance monitoring and EVM reporting.
Develop ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early issue detection.
Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply chain.
Support IOT Joint Venture financial and EVM data including EAC and forecasts.
Promote consistency and continuous improvement across the Program Control organization.
