Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Financial Analyst to support the McKinney, TX site for the Advanced Products & Solutions and EO/IRS businesses. You will manage cost/schedule control, forecasting, EAC, and variance analysis for multiple programs, while collaborating with program managers and finance teams to drive process improvements and BOM traceability.

The role emphasizes risk identification, proactive financial analysis, and ad-hoc studies, with onsite responsibilities

Qualifications

Requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP business systems.
Proficient in MS Office suite and desktop tools.

Responsibilities

Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, EAC, variance analysis, data review and reporting.
Collaborate with Program Manager, CAMs/IPTLs, Material PMs, and PMO/Finance.
Drive finance processes to align with EVM policies and BOM traceability.
Identify risks affecting cost/schedule and provide proactive financial analysis.
Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
