RTX is seeking a motivated OSC Finance Analyst in McKinney, TX, hybrid work arrangement. You will join the APS RFS team as Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst, performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly EV/EAC analyses, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive accurate cost control and forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.

• Track labor, cost transfers, and MRP resource planning.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly EV reporting and data analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enable effective communication.
• Support EAC processes and variance analysis with OSC management.
