Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Engineering Business Analyst (P4) for a hybrid US-based role in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on EVMS, EACs, LREs, and cost/schedule reporting using SAP, APEX, and PMX tools to drive predictable results.

You will partner with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads to deliver forecasts and management reports, with relocation assistance available and US-citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Working experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar financial systems.
• Working experience with MS Office tools and ability to navigate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly, incl. cost estimates, reasonableness tests, risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions; prepare forecasts and document variances.
• Collaborate with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and monthly variance reporting.
