RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst EBA (Grade P4) in a hybrid US location. You will support engineering teams, control account managers, and program leads with EVM inputs, reporting, and cost/schedule analysis to drive predictable results.

Relocation support is available for eligible candidates. Requirements include a university degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar system.
• MS Office proficiency and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS inputs, reporting and analysis for monthly processes.
• Coordinate Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and EAC/LRE inputs.
• Collaborate with engineering and program leads to drive cost and schedule control.
• Prepare analyses and reports to drive predictable results.
