Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 4 to support mission critical programs in the Space Sector. You will manage Earned Value, cost performance, and budgets, coordinating with program teams and finance to ensure program cost targets are met.

Qualifications include a strong EVMS background, Deltek Cobra or CostPoint experience, and a bachelor’s degree with extensive related experience. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, forecasting.
• Strong understanding of material movement or material contracts in government contracting.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Ability to communicate professionally with program teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform EVM tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis and EV reports.
• Maintain accuracy of WBS structures and variances to budget.
• Support audits and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters.
