Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience or Master's with 3+ years; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control.
• Support audits and reviews from programs, customers, and management; assist with fact-finding and negotiation.
• Analyze and report to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including WBS development, budgets, estimates to complete.
• Other duties as assigned.
