Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, El Segundo, or Palmdale, CA, seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join our team. This on-site role requires EVMS expertise, government cost reporting, and close collaboration with program managers and CAMs.

The successful candidate will perform budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting, supporting major contract costs while adhering to security requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and government cost reporting is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with business systems such as SAP or Cobra.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Develop and analyze estimates to complete and support EAC changes.
• Maintain work breakdown structures and performance criteria.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analyses.
• Participate in EVMS rhythm and month-end close processes.
• Support monthly cost/schedule reviews and recovery planning.
