Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego or Palmdale, CA seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Cost Management organization. This on-site role requires a Top Secret clearance and focuses on EVMS, budget/schedule integration, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earned value management, cost analysis, and financial forecasting, with experience using SAP, Cobra, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years in finance, accounting or related fields.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance or higher; ability to obtain program access.
• Experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers and CAMs for financial support and analysis.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines and cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; assist in variance analysis.
• Support IPMR submissions and monthly program rhythms.
