Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Huntsville, AL, seeks an Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst – Level 4 to join our Center of Excellence. This role works with Space sector programs’ PMO, CAMs, cost analysts and schedule analysts to train, develop and implement EVM processes across programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong EVMS experience, DCMA data-driven metrics, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance. Up to 10% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME by mentoring, coaching and guidance to the PMO, CAMs, cost analysts, and schedule analysts on proper EVM implementation and execution.
• Develop material and facilitate training sessions on various EVM topics.
• Provide program startup and business process guidance through active participation in baseline development and IBR preparation and execution.
• Conduct and support internal EVM Surveillance Reviews to ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS guidelines.
• Support program teams in preparing, executing and closing internal and external EVMS reviews (e.g., DCMA, Internal Audit).
• Review and provide feedback on program, division, sector, and corporate processes and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with program teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Apply knowledge of the DCMA data-driven EVMS compliance process and current policy.
• Support programs in compliance with EVM and Program Control ProOP.
