Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks an experienced Earned Value Management Analyst to join our Western region EVM Center of Excellence. You will partner with Space sector programs’ Business, Schedule, and Program Management teams to provide EVM training, development and implementation.

The role requires strong EVMS experience with cost and schedule management, and the ability to work with DCMA and internal audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience with EVM in an EIA-748 environment is required.
• Strong ability to deploy processes and analyze EVMS data.
• Experience with DCMA surveillance metrics and associated tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PMO staff, CAMs, cost and schedule analysts on EVM implementation.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions across audiences of all sizes.
• Support program baseline development and IBR preparation/execution.
• Lead internal EVMS reviews and assist with external reviews (DCMA, Internal Audit).
• Provide feedback on program and corporate processes and procedures.
