Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 4 for on-site work in Colorado. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, and Earned Value management for government contracts across multiple Colorado locations, including Colorado Springs, with a 9/80 schedule and occasional travel.

Required are strong EVM skills, experience with accounting systems, and proficiency in MS Office. A related degree and significant program control experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of business management or program control experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• No clearance required to start.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• Experience with accounting systems and EV systems.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reports with full Earned Value data.
• Perform EVM tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis and variance reporting.
• Ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Develop and review EACs.
• Brief the customer on Earned Value deliverables.
• Support audits and reviews; provide fact-finding and negotiation support.
