Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support enterprise observability and logging services across critical federal operations. The role coordinates between technical teams, stakeholders, and government customers, supporting Agile delivery, change management, requirements tracking, and governance for sustainment and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or commensurate experience.
• Experience with SharePoint configuration and design.
• Ability to understand enterprise logging and cloud systems; identify training gaps.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing skills.
• Experience supporting Agile teams, sprint planning, backlog management, and work tracking.
• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools for project/workflow management.
• Experience supporting change management and operational process improvements.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs, process docs, reports, and artifacts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile sprint activities, daily standups, planning sessions, and backlog management.
• Support design/configuration of program artifacts and SharePoint sites for stakeholders.
• Assist with requirements management, user stories, and traceability.
• Monitor program activities to ensure alignment with schedules and customer requirements.
• Support change management processes, including documentation and tracking of infrastructure and application changes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery of operational artifacts and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, guides, and implementation documents.
• Support operational reporting, metrics collection, dashboards, and program status reporting.
