Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Atlanta, GA, seeks a seasoned Professional Services Manager to lead complex deployments of Axon products across North America. This remote role allows work from anywhere in the United States with up to 75% travel.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful adoption by C‑suite and IT leaders. Requirements include BS/BA, extensive project management experience, and familiarity with SaaS software and hardware deployments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems is preferred.
• Experience working with corporate, retail, and security-based organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure projects, define milestones, and align stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while effectively collaborating across various teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America, with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sale Support: Engage with leaders and decision-makers to provide consulting and deployment needs assessments.
• Post-Sale Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon products.
• Project Management: Oversee large deployments, define scope, meet timelines, manage stakeholder communications.
• Customer Interaction: Collaborate with C-Suite and IT leaders to ensure successful adoption.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training plans and materials; document milestones.
• Customer Feedback: Document feature requests and issues for internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management.
• Tool Proficiency: Use Smartsheets to manage timelines and resource allocation.
